A mixed-use housing development designed to revitalise the suburb of Kilbirnie through increased density, community-focused spaces, and urban regeneration.

EVERYBODY ARTS (2024)

Wellington has a history of boutique art galleries and vibrant artist culture. As the Wellington City Gallery is closed alternative art spaces are needed, this led to the creation of Everybody Arts, An art Gallery and artist studio space on Cuba St.

NGIAO OUTDOOR LIBRARY (2024)

Public libraries are a critical part of Wellington city. However, the current library model feels dated. The new Ngiao Outdoor Library challenges this model taking an active approach to reading, designed to allow the public to go wherever intrigues them.

SUPER HYPER NEW TOWN (2025)

A fun project looking at what the future of cities might look like. This is the Super Hyper New Town.
